School Improvement Plan (SIP)

At ECPPS, we are committed to continuous growth and ensuring every student has the support they need to succeed. Each school develops a School Improvement Plan (SIP) that outlines specific goals, strategies, and actions focused on improving student achievement, strengthening instruction, and supporting the whole child.

These plans are reviewed and updated regularly to reflect progress and respond to the evolving needs of our students, staff, and school community.
